Shipping & Delivery
OrganicBagLady ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and Canada, including APO and FPO addresses. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. For alternative delivery options, or for other countries, please contact customer service before placing your order.

Return Policy
You may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. Wholesale purchases cannot be refunded, but may be returned within 20 days of shipment from our facility for store credit only, less shipping and handling expenses. Exchanges may be made, but customer must pay shipping and handling charges for their return and for the outgoing exchange package. Shipping expense will always be paid by customer except at discretion of OBL-organics. Once a shipment is with the delivery carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of OBL-organics for loss or damage of any kind.
